Great Places to Eat in Louisiana

While we're going to be spending a few days at a conference in New Orleans this week, .we often hope to be able to travel outside the city and try some of the other restaurants in the state. Since we were already looking to the book "Roadfood" (buy it at Amazon) to help guide our eating in New Orleans, we added the restaurants outside the city to the Black Book. The 2005 edition of the book lists twelve restaurants in Louisiana outside New Orleans:
